Moody Tongue Sushi presents elevated 8 course and 13 course omakase experiences highlighting a hyper-seasonal, elevated sushi menu from Executive Sushi Chef Hiromi Iwakiri alongside a curated beer pairing from MICHELIN-starred Moody Tongue Brewery's acclaimed brewmaster Jared Rouben.

Guests will enjoy an evolving menu highlighting pairings such as a King Crab Gunkan, served with English pea and trout roe, with a Pressed Asian Pear Saison; Hamachi, served with miso mole sauce, sesame seeds and micro cilantro, with a Cherry Oud Bruin; and a decadent Hokkaido Scallop Hand Roll, adorned with wasabi, corn, potato skin and bacon fat, paired with an Allstar Peach Wild Ale. A curated menu of spirits, wines and cocktails is available as well.
The 8 course omakase menu is $95 per guest with a $45 curated beer pairing, and the 13 course omakase menu is $185 per guest with a $75 curated beer pairing. Please note: pricing may vary due to the seasonality of ingredients and menu changes; however, the price noted here at the time of your reservation will be honored when you join us should any adjustments be implemented prior to your reservation date. The 8 course omakase is exclusively available at 5 PM Tuesday-Saturday.
