Guests will enjoy an evolving menu highlighting pairings such as Hokkaido Sea Scallop, served with edamame and ossetra caviar, with a Pressed Asian Pear Saison; Madai, served with Florida orange zest and sea salt, with an Orange Blossom Belgian Blonde; and a decadent Florida Stone Crab Hand Roll, adorned with green apple and sauce dijonnaise, paired with a Cherry Oud Bruin. A curated menu of spirits, wines and cocktails is available as well.
The 15 course omakase menu is currently $145 per guest and the curated beer pairing is $75 per guest. Please note: pricing may vary due to the seasonality of ingredients and menu changes; however, the price noted here at the time of your reservation will be honored when you join us should any adjustments be implemented prior to your reservation date.
