What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in begins at 4:00PM and check-out is by 11:00AM. You are welcome to store your luggage with us to continuing enjoying the property and neighborhood.
How much is parking?
Overnight valet parking is $40-$55+tax. Daily parking is $30 +tax.
How are incidental charges handled during my stay?
At check-in, we place a hold of $150 per night on your credit card for any incidental charges. This amount is not an immediate charge but acts as a temporary hold. The final total for any additional expenses will be processed upon check-out.
Is there a package handling fee?
Yes. For packages shipped to the hotel, we ask that you include your name and the date of your arrival on the address label. Our front desk department will receive the package and hold it for you. There is an $8 per package handling fee (Pricing may vary based on size, quantity of packages at hotel discretion). Please send packages to Hilton West Palm Beach, with HOLD FOR GUEST John Doe / Arrival xx/xx/2024 as the second line of the address. The hotel address is 600 Okeechobee Blvd, West Palm Beach, FL 33401. Upon check-in, call Guest Services and the agent will have the package delivered to your room. If storage exceeds five (5) days, there will be a $25 per day charge. Package handling fees may be charged to a guest room, master account, or billed to a credit card. Fees are applied on a per item basis.
Can I send items to the Front Desk to be printed?
Please stop by the Front Desk for assistance with printing. The first 10 black/white copies are complimentary and $.10 per page after that. Color printing is $1 per page.
Can I take professional photos or film on property?
We know we look good, and you do too! However, professional flash photography and filming is prohibited. Special requests for commercial photo shoots are considered on a case-by-case basis and require a minimum of a two-week lead time. Written approval, a signed waiver form, and complete payment of the location fee is required to secure your booking.
To submit an inquiry, email prwpb@hilton.com with preferred date, time, and brief information about your shoot. If you are found taking photos or filming while on the property without pre-approved authorization, you will be subject to a location fee and may be asked to leave.
